It’s March, which means the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament kicks into full swing. In what is one of the most exciting times of the year for all sports fans, March Madness gives fans a chance to enjoy the traditional powers we love or hate, the scrappy underdogs, and the little schools that could who pull of amazing upsets each and every year.

When Selection Sunday rolls around, who will be in the field of 68? The first 32 seeds are awarded to the conference champions. Thirty-one of those 32 champions are their conference’s tournament champions. The only one who does not use a tournament champion is the Ivy League, whose regular season champion is their champion. The remaining 36 seeds are awarded to At-Large teams as determined by the selection committee.
