Pop superstar and Memphis native Justin Timberlake has reportedly bought a nice chunk of land in Williamson County.

According to The Tennessean, Timberlake’s L.A.-based certified public accountant paid $4 million for more than 126 acres on Old Highway 96 in the Leiper’s Fork area. The land was part of 244 acres owned by philanthropist ( and RCA Studio A savior) Aubrey Preston.

According to The Tennessean, Michael S. Dreyer purchased the property in his role as trustee of Leiper’s Fork Title Holding Trust. He’s also secretary, VP and treasurer of Tennman Entertainment Inc., a Memphis-based entity whose president is Timberlake.

Future plans for the property are not yet clear.

As The Tennessean notes, Timberlake’s parents bought a 10,000-square-foot home in Brentwood in December for $2.83 million.
