Westhaven Golf Club Hires General Manager Perry Lancianese & Executive Chef Bill Brown

Southern Land Company’s Franklin community Westhaven is pleased to announce that industry executive Perry Lancianese has relocated from West Palm Beach, Florida and a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a third generation restaurateur, a Culinary Chef, a Golf Professional. Lancianese has enthusiastically accepted the role of General Manager and Director of Golf Operations at Westhaven Golf Club.

Westhaven, located in west Franklin, is a Southern Land Company community. Additionally, experienced culinary expert Bill Brown will join the Golf Club staff as Executive Chef.

Lancianese has worked in leadership positions at high-end golf clubs for over three decades. For the past 22 years, Lancianese served as General Manager and Director of Golf for two premier golf clubs near West Palm Beach: Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club in Wellington and The Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie. For the past 14 years, Lancianese has also served as the golf consulate to develop an on-board golf training program for luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises.

Also joining Westhaven’s staff, Executive Chef Bill Brown will lead the Golf Club’s dining program. He will design daily menu items for members to enjoy and also serve as creative culinary lead for special events.

Before joining Westhaven, Brown served as the Executive Chef at the Palm Beach Polo and Golf Club in Wellington, Florida. He has 12 years of experience working as an Executive Chef for distinguished private clubs across the country. Brown spent the last 23 years of his career in greater Los Angeles area working in the Country Club industry, including, Bel Air Country Club, South Hills Country Club in Covina, California and Birnamwood Golf Club in Santa Barbara, California.
