Welcome to 2015! We are so excited about the New Year! Not that 2014 was a bad one, as a matter of fact our second year went very well! We saw huge numbers of people “Like” us, a couple of 1,000 of you decided to “follow” us, and many of you just stopped by the site and checked in on us. We spent the last couple of days looking back at some of the memorable moments of 2014. We’d like to take a moment to give you a sneak peek into 2015! Here’s some of the things you will see from us in the near and far future:
- Kelly Sutton has gone to Disney! She will be sending tips on how to get the most out of your dollar and how to get the most out of your time!
- We’re proud to be a part of 3 Blind Vines again this year! Last year was a record crowd, and we are excited to be bringing news on the event soon!
- We’ll be on the Red Carpet on January 12th for the premier of The Lucy Angel Project. The event is at the Franklin Theatre. The show will debut on AXS TV and pieces of the series were recorded in Downtown Franklin, including an interview I did at Gray’s with the group. More on this in the next 2 weeks.
- 2015 will see a lot more “live look-ins” . Williamson Source will be at many events this year, but instead of showing you video the day after, we will be rocking video from the events while they happen. “Like” us on Facebook to catch all the action.Or on Twitter @williamsonsrc
- New features bring us into 2015 and some old ones will continue: On Mondays we welcome back Push Pedal Pull of Brentwood’s Monday Morning Workout Tips , and newcomer Nicki G Fitness. Also on Mondays we welcome newcomer Dr. Urbanek who will talk health in a weekly series. Tuesdays, we will have many of our fashion and home bloggers returning, AND we will be welcoming Julian Baker of Sotheby’s The Lipman Group with his weekly Real Estate Tip Feature. Wednesdays we add a new feature: Savory Spice Shop of Franklin’s Recipe of the Week . Also, The Joy of Food will be reviewing a restaurant in Williamson County every other week. Thursdays it’s the Featured Home of the Week and property listings from around the county and Darrell Waltrip Automotive Group will continue to bring us weekly auto tips. . Friday’s we’ll return with the WCACAC Pets of the Week AND a new segment from Westhaven Golf Club : “Tee Time at Westhaven” . Kelly Sutton and the Westhaven Golf Pros will start your morning with a golf tip to get your game right before your weekend tee time. Saturdays it’s our Featured Car of the Week sponsored by Franklin Motor Company. Sundays are for relationships and Nancy Nichols will be returning with her popular Know-it-all-Nancy series.These are just some of the weekly features in the works coming in to 2015!
- We look forward to working with many of our favorite non-profits again this year! Mercy Children’s Hospital, A Vintage Affair, Next Gen , and Saddle UP have been great partners and we look forward to working with them again this year.
- We will be re-launching our SourceLetter every week on Tuesdays, beginning Tuesday Jan.6th. SourceLetter is our weekly re-cap of things you might have missed and a look ahead to what we will be covering in the week ahead. Monthly Contests will be announced with some great prizes! So if you haven’t signed up , do so, because only subscribers get contest info! Here’s a hint for our first prize package: You’ll “heart” this prize.
