Weekly Predators Report: Playoffs Locked

The Nashville Predators had just about as good a week as imaginable, winning all three games and clinching a spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the process.

Their 4-3 win at the Washington Capitals Saturday afternoon was the clincher.

When the team returned to Nashville later in the night, they were greeted by fans congratulating them on their playoff berth.

Having won four-consecutive games, the Predators sit in second place in the Western Conference standings. Their 102 points is one behind the Anaheim Ducks.

With six games remaining in the regular season, every point counts for the Predators as they continue to fight to stay high in the standings.
