Williamson County Sheriff’s Office recently announced their June and July employees of the month.

A Williamson County Sheriff’s Office employee and her favorite charity were honored with an award from Toyota of Cool Springs. Meco Jones was named Employee of the Month for June.

Ms. Jones was given this award for her exceptional work in the Detention Division.  Her supervisors say she has shown a great deal of teamwork and is always willing to help out other departments.  Ms. Jones is TCI (Tennessee Corrections Institute) certified and is assigned to Classification in the Detention Division. She has worked for WCSO for 10 years.

Toyota of Cool Springs General Sales Manager Kris Krabill presented a plaque to Ms. Jones and Toyota of Cool Springs will donate a check for $150.00 to the American Diabetes Association Research Foundation.

WCSO Employee of the Month – July

WCSO July Deputy of MonthDeputy Lee Eaves was named Deputy of the Month for July. Toyota of Cool Springs will make a donation to the Davis House Child Advocacy Center in Franklin, TN. in his honor.

Deputy Eaves was given this award for his work to create the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force at the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.  He also acquired federal funding for ICAC investigations.  Detective Eaves and his K9 Remi, the first electronic detection K9 in Tennessee, are instrumental in keeping the community safe from child predators.  He has worked for the WCSO for four years and is assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division.

Each month Toyota of Cool Springs will honor a WCSO deputy and a charity.
