WCS Students Selected to School Honors Choir

The Middle Tennessee Vocal Association (MTVA) announced the students selected to be members of the Elementary Honors Choir and the Middle School Honors Choir.

The honors choirs are similar to the mid-state choir for high school students. The Elementary Honors Choir accepts students until sixth grade. The Middle School Honors Choir is made up of seventh and eighth grade students. Auditions for the choir were held at the end of October, where students were graded on their pitch, musicality, tone, rhythm and diction.

These students will perform in the Elementary/Middle School Honors event on January 22.

Below are the students who were selected for the MTVA Elementary Honors Choir:

  • Neveah Geraci, Heritage Middle
  • Ayla Jones, Heritage Middle

Below are the students who were selected for the MTVA Middle Honors Choir:

  • Ella George, Brentwood Middle
  • Sam Holt, Brentwood Middle
  • Robert Lee, Fairview Middle
  • Daniel Agboglo, Heritage Middle
  • Madison Burnett, Heritage Middle
  • Nicholas Perrone, Heritage Middle
