The 2020-21 school year will begin with a half-day for students Friday, August 7.
Next year’s school calendar was approved by the School Board at its October 21 meeting. Some of the important dates to remember are listed below:
- August 7: First half-day for students
- August 17: First full day of kindergarten
- October 8-9: Fall Break
- October 12: Columbus Day (No students)
- November 3: Election Day (No students)
- November 23-27: Thanksgiving Break
- December 18: Last half-day of first semester
- January 5: First day of second semester
- January 18: Martin Luther King Jr. Day (No students)
- February 15: Presidents’ Day (No students)
- March 15-19: Spring Break
- April 2: Spring Holiday
- May 21: Last half-day of second semester
- May 21-23: Graduation window
