If you want to work for Williamson County Schools, you need to attend this event. The WCS District-Wide Career Fair is this week.

On Saturday, February 17, representatives from departments and schools across the district will gather to meet potential employees and future team members at Independence High School from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.

“While applying online is part of the process, personally handing in a resume and discussing positions first-hand is unique,” said WCS Human Resources Recruiter David Harries.

The Career Fair is a less formal way of meeting employers, and it gives candidates a chance to have a face-to-face meeting before applying.

“I recommend all candidates to take advantage of this opportunity,” Harries said. “This process only happens once or twice a year.”

Independence High School is located on 1776 Declaration Way in Thompson’s Station. WCS is looking to hire teachers, teaching assistants, substitute teachers, food service workers, bus drivers, child care workers and more.
