WCPR Seeks Donations for Holiday Food Drive

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) is pleased to sponsor a holiday food drive benefiting Feed America First, a hunger relief agency providing food to Williamson County residents. The public is strongly encouraged to help those in need this holiday season!

Non-perishable food items are most desirable, such as:
-spaghetti sauce
-canned chicken
-boxed chicken dinners
-macaroni and cheese
-peanut butter
-canned fruit
-apple sauce
-mixed vegetables
-green beans

You may take your donations to any four of these Williamson County recreation centers through December 14th:

-Franklin Recreation Complex (1120 Hillsboro Road)
-Indoor Sports Complex (920 Heritage Way in Brentwood)
-Fairview Recreation Complex (2714 Fairview Blvd.)
-Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill (2909 Commonwealth Drive)

All items collected will be distributed in holiday food baskets to needy Williamson County families and residents. For more information about Feed America First, please visit www.feedamericafirst.com.
