WCPR Makes Attending Fitness Classes Easier Than Ever

Calling all fitness fanatics! The Williamson County Parks & Rec Department is offering an all county fitness pass for $35.00/month. This fee covers unlimited group fitness classes (over 100 are offered), and unlimited use of indoor amenities, such as gym, pools, racquetball, game room and more.  No annual pass purchase is required.

Classes are available at the Franklin Rec Complex, Longview Rec Center, Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, Fairview Rec Center and the soon-to-be-open Nolensville Center. Classes include: cycle, weights, cardio, dance fitness and yoga.

If you are looking for higher intensity workouts with a trainer in a small group of 4 to 6 people, WCPR will offer an eight-week Tabata Bootcamp™ program beginning January 6 at the Indoor Arena at Crockett Park, 1485 Volunteer Pkwy., in Brentwood. Based on the most current research in fitness, this revolutionary program combines bootcamp fitness with the hottest trend to hit the scene – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Tabata Bootcamp™ will be offered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Just $130, plus a $9.99 on-line instruction fee with results tracking and trainer interaction.
