Was Pilgrimage Festival a Hint at the New Justin Timberlake Album?

On Tuesday, Pilgrimage Headliner/Producer Justin Timberlake announced a new album will drop in Feb.

The new Leiper’s Fork resident shared the Pilgrimage stage with Chris Stapleton. Timberlake said from the stage that he was home. And at one point said he loved Franklin. He went so far to say that anytime he was in Tennessee that he and Stapleton should share the stage. But soon the two may share more than just stage time but the rumors are that the pair has collaborated on his latest album.

In the video about ‘Man of the Woods’, Timberlake says his inspiration for his fifth personal album was his son, family and where he’s from (Tennessee). He continues by saying it’s personal.

‘Man of the Woods’ will be released two days after Timberlake headlines the Super Bowl halftime show on Feb 2. However, fans will learn more about the album on Friday, Jan. 5 which we are hopeful it will include new music.

For those who missed Pilgrimage Festival, here’s a video of Timberlake and Stapleton performing.
