Voter Registration Ends Tuesday for August Election

Chad Gray, Administrator of Elections for Williamson County, wishes to remind residents that Tuesday, July 3, is the last day to register to vote in order to participate in the upcoming August 2, 2018, Republican and Democratic Federal/State Primary and Williamson County General Election. You may register in person, by-mail or online at this website http://web.go-vote-tn.elections.tn.gov/

Office hours are weekdays from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Williamson County Election Commission, 1320 West Main Street, Suite 140. Forms may be postmarked no later than July 3, 2018 in order to be timely filed.

“It is important for all the residents of Williamson County to make sure they are registered to vote if they want the opportunity to have their voices heard at the ballot box in the August election.” said Gray.

Voters will have the chance to nominate Republican and Democratic political party candidates in the Federal & State primaries for Governor, United States Senate, United States House of Representatives (7th Congressional District) & for members of the Tennessee General Assembly. Multiple offices will appear on the County General ballot, including several contested seats on the Williamson County Commission and County Board of Education. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Thursday, August 2nd.

Early Voting will be conducted July 13th-28th.
