Volunteers Needed to Make “History” On Sunday

Heritage Foundation, Franklin TN

The History Channel and Liberty Mutual are working to produce television pieces highlighting current and ongoing revitalization projects that the Heritage Foundation has undertaken within the community of Franklin, TN. Mike Wolfe with American Pickers will be involved with some parts of the filming. 

There are volunteer needs, and the shifts will be filled on a first come-first served basis. Volunteer needs for Sun, Oct 13 are:

1. HARLINSDALE FARM IN FRANKLIN-You will gather to paint the façade of the old house. 6:30 a.m. to Noon-Need 50 Volunteers-Wear something comfortable with NO LOGOS.
2. FRANKLIN THEATRE AT 419 MAIN STREET IN FRANKLIN 1st Shift-2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.-Need 100 Volunteers-Wear something comfortable. No logos or thin pin stripes. 2nd Shift-2-4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.-Need 100 Volunteers-Wear “date night” attire. No logos or thin pin stripes.

  A Volunteer Schedule will be emailed to all volunteers.  If you are interested in volunteering, please do the following:

1.  Select the location where you would like to volunteer. 

2.  Please email Kristy Williams at [email protected] by Thursday, October 10 at 3 p.m.  Provide your Name, Volunteer Location and Cell Number.
