The Village Church Candlelight Ceremony and Food Drive Sunday

The Village Church Nolensville / Lenox Village

The Village Church Candlelight Christmas Service is this Sunday December 20th at 5:00 p.m. They have been focused on community outreach as it has planted roots in south Nashville/Nolensville and this month, the church adopted 35 families connected to Shayne Elementary School, sponsoring baskets of food that will  carry hungry students and their family members through the holiday break.

The church will be accepting food donations for the Shayne Elementary Backpack program before the service. Beaman Toyota is providing a truck to fill up with the donations and drop everything off at Shayne Elementary.

“We’re excited about this opportunity to host a service outdoors in the community. It’s intentional for us to host something like this because it represents, in so many ways, the kind of church we want to be: a church that exists to love and serve the people in our community, not just the people in our church. That’s why we’re hosting a food drive as part of this and that’s why our offering is going towards food programs for kids in the area – because we want to make a positive impact right here in our community. We want to be the kind of church that would be missed by the community if we didn’t exist.”– Pastor Travis Garner

Location: Lenox Village Pavilion {Corner of Lenox Village Drive and Althorp Way}
Parking: Oasis Church

The Village is a brand new church in the Lenox Village/Nolensville area, one of the fastest growing areas in Nashville. We believe that everybody needs a village, a place where you can belong and grow to become all you were created to be. We are here to serve and love our neighbors and our community, and so we hope to see you soon! Services are held at Sunset Elementary – 200 Sunset Trail in Nolensville/Lenox Village.
