  • Brentwood does it again! Their 61st straight win didn’t come easy as Farragut came out and took the first 2 sets 25-21,25-22. But then in the third set Brentwood found their rythym and won the next 2 sets 25-20, 25-21. The final set sent the Lady Bruins home with the AAA State Championship 15-11. Katie Kemp was named AAA Player of the Tournament.
  • Father Ryan took home Div. II Class AA State Runner-Up losing to Baylor in 4 sets 25-23, 34-36,25-21, 25-15.


  • GNASH Hockey kicked off last night with the defending champs , Centennial, picking up where they left off last year. Centennial beat Father Ryan 5-1. Dakota Davis had 2 goals and Alex Holder was strong in net.
  • Hume Fogg- Page beat Blackman-Stewart’s Creek 5-4. Zach Horton led the way for HF-Page with 2 goals.
  • Mt. Juliet-Wilson Central beat Lipscomb-Brentwood Academy 4-1.
  • In late night action Beech-Station Camp beat Independence- Summitt 6-5. Ravenwood wins in a shootout 2-1 over Brentwood.
