New Business to Create 200 Spring Hill Jobs

A Florida medical call center is going to hire some 200 people in Spring Hill, employing agents and triage nurses.

Call 4 Health will replace urgent contact provider Call 2 Answer in the 15,000 square-foot Workforce Development & Conference Center at Northfield, the business said in a press release.

According to Call 4 Health’s CEO Joseph Pores, this third-location for his company is being opened to meet demand in the medical industry for call center services.

“With this new facility, we will be able to greatly increase our volume and bring our proprietary, innovative technology to even more hospitals and medical centers around the country,” he said.

Call 4 Health processes up to 30,000 calls daily for 1,408 clients, including hospitals, medical practices, pharmaceutical companies and other similar industries. With addition of the Spring Hill facility, the company expects over time to increase its daily call volume to 50,000 and client base to 2,000.
