Unemployment Rates at Lowest Point since 2008

Economic Developments in Williamson County have successfully brought the unemployment to the lowest point since 2008 and the future looks even brighter. San Antonio based AirStrip Technologies, Inc.is one of the companies helping that trend. They announced the development of a new regional office in the Mallory Station Business Center.

Recognizing the impact the middle Tennessee area has on global healthcare, the company recruited Connie McGee as their Vice President of Strategic Accounts. McGee, a former healthcare director at the executive level, has experience and relationships with the Nashville area healthcare companies. “Connie is highly respected throughout the Nashville healthcare community, and her skill set will help us build on the aggressive growth strategy that AirStrip has developed for 2012 and beyond,” said AirStrip Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer Bruce Brandes.

“Nashville based health systems currently working with AirStrip include HCA Healthcare, Ardent Health Services, Vanguard Health Systems and Capella Healthcare,” added Brandes. “And the best way for our company to manage our rapid growth is to stay close to our clients.” Airstrip Technologies develops mobile technology helping access patient data across the healthcare field in a live and actionable environment.
