Car service, Uber will be operating in Franklin beginning May 13th. Uber connects riders to drivers through their app, making travel within busy cities easier and cheaper than a taxi. Customers simply sign up and download the app and then are able to easily request rides.
Uber operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Reservations are not required. Customers simply request a ride when they need it and can expect a driver within a few minutes. Customers can also choose what kind of car to ride in from the UberX (a ridesharing service) and the UberBLACK (a comfortable black sedan).
They will also offer rides to and from Arrington Vineyards throughout the summer.
