Father Ryan High School has named four new board members, including two Williamson County residents in William Krueger and Carmen Modelli Lux. .

The new members are Brittney Testerman Griffith, William Krueger, Carmen Mondelli Lux and Matt Pietsch. In addition, two longstanding board leaders, Betty Lou Burnett, who has been on the board since 2008 and headed multiple committees, and 1966 Father Ryan graduate J. David Bohan, a board member for 20 years and chairman from 2005-2009, will step down this year as their terms of service are completed.

McIntyre welcomed the new members, saying, “This is an exciting and important time for Father Ryan as we implement a new strategic plan in preparation for our Centennial celebration in just six more years. We are pleased to be able to bring the talents, experience and perspective of these individuals to our discussions as we advance the mission of this outstanding school.”

Griffith is the Broker-Owner of Avenue Real Estate, a boutique residential real estate firm that she acquired in 2015. She has served on the boards of the Greater Nashville Realtors, Habitat for Humanity and the Father Ryan Alumni Board. A 2003 Father Ryan graduate, Griffith earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee in 2007. She and her husband, Patrick, a member of the Father Ryan class of 2001, have two young children.

Krueger is the Chairman of JATCO Americas and Executive Vice President of JATCO Global, a subsidiary of Nissan Motor Company. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Marquette University, where he serves on the Engineering School’s Thought Leaders Council, the Mentor Program Leadership Council, and the Alumni National Board of Directors. He received his Master of Engineering Management and his Master of Business Administration degrees from Northwestern University. A member of the Father Ryan High School Finance Committee, he also serves as the chair of the Budget Committee and a member of the Finance Board for the Diocese of Nashville. He is married to Lynn, and they are the parents of two Father Ryan students.

Lux serves as a Senior Director of Quality Engineering at Change Healthcare, where she leads a team of 200+ engineers, providing leadership opportunities for quality to contribute more broadly and technically to product development. Located in Nashville, Change Healthcare is a technology company that offers software, analytics, network solutions, and technology-enabled services to help create a stronger, more collaborative healthcare system. Lux graduated from Father Ryan in 1991 and received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fordham University in 1995. She and her husband, Anthony, have a daughter in the class of 2020 at Father Ryan and are parishioners of Christ the King.

Pietsch is the owner and managing attorney of Reforma Law PLLC, a fully bilingual law firm that concentrates in the areas of immigration, business and real estate law. Pietsch represents businesses, families and individuals in Middle Tennessee and around the world, providing legal counsel regarding various aspects of immigration law, compliance and representation before government agencies. Previously, he has served as an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, and as an Assistant District Attorney General in Nashville, Tennessee. A 1997 graduate of Father Ryan, Pietsch received his bachelor’s degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
