Tennessee Soccer Club (TSC) has five girls teams who are traveling to San Diego, CA to compete in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) National Playoffs this week.
The 2000/01 Composite ECNL, 2001 ECNL, 2003 ECNL, 2004 ECNL and 2005 ECNL girls teams all will make the trip to San Diego. Teams earn the right to participate in the National Playoffs through their regular season play. TSC has had teams qualify for National Playoffs in all three years of their participation with ECNL.
“I’m proud of how our girls teams competed all spring in their league play,” said TSC Executive Director and ECNL coach Stuart Brown. “Qualifying for the playoffs provides a great opportunity for our players to compete against some of the best teams in the country. It also provides a really good experience for the players to be together in a different environment.”
TSC ECNL Director Dean Blain also added “the National Playoffs provides arguably the best college exposure in the country. It is definitely a perk to making it this far.”
Stay tuned to TSC social media platforms throughout the week for updates from San Diego.
