The word “truck” or “tractor” can light up many children’s eyes. When you add that they can climb in and on these monstrous vehicles, a great big smile will spread across their face.
Bring your children to the annual “Touch a Truck” event hosted by the City of Franklin Parks & the Public Works Department. This event will be June 8th 4:30p-7p at Pinkerton Park.
Children can touch, climb and sit in trucks, tractors, etc… They will have an unforgettable experience.
Bring a picnic dinner and stay for Pinkerton Park’s first “Movie in the Park” at 8p. Movie is yet to be determined but you can call the park’s hotline number 615-550-6947 for more up-to-date information.
