Triple Crown Bakery in downtown Franklin is turning 2. To help them celebrate the bakery is offering free cupcakes to customers.
Posting on Instagram: “We are celebrating our birthday week with FREE cupcakes tomorrow, Thursday 9/6! Come by and see us. 8-5. 1 per customer, no to-go containers.”
Triple Crown Bakery is owned by Franklin resident and pastry chef, Alena Vaughn who began her career at the Ritz Carlton. After moving to Franklin, she began selling bakery items at the Thompson’s Station Farmers Market until she opened Triple Crown Bakery in the former Carnivore Market location at 735 Columbia Avenue, Franklin.
Most recently, Only in Your State praised the Franklin bakery with an article titled “The World’s Best Cake is Made Daily Inside this Humble Little Bakery”, writing that a trip to Triple Crown should be high on your list of places to visit. We couldn’t agree more.
