Nashville Metro Council voted on a zoning change that allows Dallas based Top Golf to open a facility on the East Bank. The nearly finalized lease is with the owners of land anchored at the northwest corner of Cowan Street and Spring Street. He is an attorney with the law firm Tune Entrekin & White, which Topgolf has retained as it works to open a facility in Nashville.
For those who don’t know what Top Golf is—it usually is a 3 story building housing 200+ golf driving bays for golfers with amenities to boot, such as bars, indoor putting surfaces, TVs in every bay, pool tables and more. Each location on the website seems to have it’s own identity, and the Nashville project has already been promising “lot’s of windows” to view the skyline. Membership pricing starts at $5 and Bay rental begins at $25 for up to 6 golfers.
