Logan’s Roadhouse, located at 7087 Bakers Bridge Avenue, Franklin, closed in April 2018. According to Logan’s Roadhouse, the company chose not to continue their lease on Bakers Bridge Avenue in order to allow other sites to grow. Read more.

3Tanger Outlets to Open in Antioch

In October, Nashville Business Journal announced  Tanger Outlets would open in the Century Farms development in Antioch. Century Farms is  a 300+ acre, mixed-use, master-planned development  located along I-24 in Southeast Davidson County. Read more.

4Jason Aldean Puts Columbia Home on the Market

Jason Aldean and wife Brittany moved to Columbia in 2016 and put their 120-acre estate on the market in August 2018. Aldean purchased the estate for $5.35 million and it was listed for $7.87 million. Read more.
