The TMA Group (Transportation Management Association) in Franklin announces the appointment of Jen Farrell as Transport Operations Representative. In this position, Ms. Farrell is responsible for providing outstanding transportation logistics, dispatch, customer service, and operations for The TMA Group.
In additional TMA Staff news, Mike Johnston has been promoted to Transportation Manager of The TMA Group. In his new role, Mr. Johnston is responsible for the management of daily operations for the Franklin Transit Authority public transit service. Additionally, he collaborates in the planning of future growth of the transit program, and expansion of TMA’s other innovative commute programs.
