A dynamic play maker is taking his talents down I-65 to join Ken Whisenhunt and the Tennessee Titans.

The contract, worth $12 million, will keep Dexter McCluster in a Titan uniform for the next three years.

The, now former, Kansas City Chief return man tallied 4 touchdowns last season (2 receiving and 2 returning) and amassed 1,205 all-purpose yards.

McCluster seems excited to join the Titans and fans should be equally as happy to have him.

This is the first free agent signing of the Ken Whisenhunt era and it may be the start of a wild offseason for the Titans, as more news came in last night.

Alterraun Verner, rated by some as the best defensive back in free agency, agreed to a massive deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The 2013 Pro Bowl participant will be paid $26.5 million over four years.
