Bethesda Elementary
Bethesda Elementary School’s first grade students had an Educational Easter Egg Hunt, Wednesday April 1. All the eggs are paper with words written on them or questions written on them. They find the eggs and put them in their basket. They have to read the words or answer the questions written on the eggs. If they get the answer correct they will get a piece of candy for each egg they answer correctly.

Heritage Middle
Two of our HMS alumni came back this week to talk to any and all of our 8th grade students that are interested in attending Renaissance High School. It was great to see them and to hear about all the wonderful and exciting opportunities available at Renaissance. Last Thursday, our STARS Leadership Team and their mentors put together an interactive display for “Kick Butts” Day to help make our student body more aware of the dangers of tobacco, cigarettes and e-cigs. The Leadership Team also spoke during all lunches to highlight the effects of tobacco on the human body and they had the Williamson County Health come out and talk with all the 7th grade Physical Education classes as well. What a great wealth of information to help keep HMS tobacco free!
