Area high school baseball squads have reached roughly the halfway point of their district schedules as district tournaments loom in less than a month.
Every team still has time to make that move and position themselves for a postseason run, but this week’s series are important ones.
Five of this week’s nine series feature teams in our coverage area facing each other while Brentwood High is the lone team without a district series.
