It’s been raining cats and dogs in these parts! All for the good…since everything (& everybody) needs water to grow and thrive. I hear customers say, “rain, rain go away, little me wants to go out and play”, or “when it rains, it pours”, and even “it’s raining on my parade.” I listen and envision the lush greenery speckled with beautiful colors of blooming flowers which has begun all around us. Then I wait until they start looking through our inspirational quote prints and see a smile grow on their face.
Local designer/artist, Megan Whittier, has created a line of uplifting, frame-size prints which seem to help us remember our need of rain. One such print reads, “Life’s not about waiting for the storm to pass…it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” — Vivian Green
