Pickleball is America’s fastest growing sport and it is thriving in Williamson County.

Hundreds of players of all ages are playing regularly and more and more are becoming acquainted with this fun and competitive sport.

There are public pickleball facilities that are opening all over Williamson County (Nolensville, Franklin, Longview, Spring Hill). WCPR has even invested in four dedicated outdoor courts at Academy Park in Franklin. Plans to expand support of the sport are in discussion for Brentwood and elsewhere. We expect explosive growth in 2018-2019.

On Labor Day weekend, Pickleball Nashville is conducting the 5th annual pickleball tournament which will be held at the Brentwood Indoor Sports Complex (920 Heritage Way)Brentwood, Saturday, September 1 and Sunday, September 2.
