The Predators aren’t the only team competing for a cup this weekend. The Tennessee State Soccer Championships are being held at Richard Siegel Soccer Park, in Murfreesboro on June 3 and 4. The Tennessee Soccer Club (TSC) will have 12 teams competing in the semi-final round on Saturday in the hopes of making it to the championships on Sunday. State champions advance to regionals.
“It’s always exciting when you have 12 teams competing in the semi-finals,” says TSC’s Executive Director, Stuart Brown. “It’s the culmination of a commitment of players, parents and coaches — to not only develop players for the current year, but past years as well. We are proud to have this many teams moving onto the semi’s this weekend and we hope their success continues into regionals.”
Brown says that five of TSC’s boys and girls teams that are competing this weekend have technically already qualified for regionals.
The game schedule for TSC’s teams is as follows:

2004 Girls Premier @ 10am
2003 Girls Showcase @ 10am
