Tennessee Soccer Club (TSC) is proud to announce an exciting partnership with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Beginning this upcoming 2018–19 soccer season, TSC and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee Soccer Programs will collaborate to ensure that all participants of both youth soccer programs enjoy an excellent and positive experience. TSC gladly supports the YMCA of Middle Tennessee in their mission to provide all participants the best possible environment to develop, play and have fun.
“We are really looking forward to working with the staff at YMCA of Middle Tennessee,” said TSC Executive Director Stuart Brown. “They are eager to provide an excellent experience to their players and families, which is directly in line with our mission. I know we will support each other and learn from each other as we work together moving forward.”
TSC will provide the YMCA of Middle Tennessee with coaching resources in the form of coaching education opportunities, age-appropriate training curriculums and other training tools. TSC will also conduct regular communication with all YMCA of Middle Tennessee staff and coaches to hear and attempt to address their needs.
TSC and YMCA of Middle Tennessee will collaborate by co-hosting various coach’s clinics, sharing coaching resources and soccer equipment, and by sharing in field space throughout Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson, Robertson and Maury counties. Through this continued and consistent collaboration, TSC and YMCA of Middle Tennessee hope to enhance the experience for the nearly 7,000 YMCA participants and also to develop an evaluation process that bridges the gap for all players interested in transitioning from the YMCA program to competitive club soccer.
Tennessee Soccer Club is the premier youth soccer club located in Brentwood / Franklin TN and serving the Greater Nashville TN area with over 1,500 players. The club competes locally, regionally, and nationally in leagues such as the Tennessee Youth Soccer League, US Club Soccer National Premier League, USYSA’s National League and Southern Region Premier League, and the Elite Clubs National League. TSC has won multiple national championships in recent years through competition in these leagues. TSC’s Mission is “to promote a love for soccer by developing excellence in the game for our players and coaches to positively impact our member families and communities.”
