Anchor Tenant Announced for Virginia Way Project

Highwoods Properties announced that it found an anchor tenant for a project in Maryland Farms.

Vaco, based in Brentwood, will move into 37,000 square feet of the 109,000-square foot Virginia Springs I development at the corner of Virginia Springs and Granny White, according to a press release.

“We jumped at the chance to sign a long-term lease for a brand-new headquarters right here in Middle Tennessee,” Vaco CEO Jerry Bostelman said in the statement. “When Vaco opened its doors 15 years ago, our business was built on successful partnerships in the business community of Middle Tennessee.”

Vaco, a talent recruitment firm, will hope to move in by the second quarter of 2019 when Highwoods hopes to finish construction.
