Teen Water Exercise Class Begins at Franklin Rec Center

Teens! Are you ready for some intense pool time? If you are up to the challenge, come to Splashville, a new water exercise class just for teens, ages 13-18 beginning Tuesday, June 5 at the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd. Take the $80, four-week Splashville challenge! The course meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., June 5 through June 28. You must be 13-18 years old to participate. No adults allowed!

Splashville gets you moving with a high intensity workout in the indoor pool, using a variety of equipment, including water bikes. This one-hour class will challenge you as you pedal your way to better agility and endurance. Splashville is open to the public, so invite a friend to register along with you at www.wcparksandrec.com, #12217. All teens are welcome.
