Hillsboro and Graceworks are inviting the community to come out to the 4th annual Hoops and Holler basketball fundraising event on Friday, March 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the Hillsboro School 5412 Pinewood Rd.
Teachers will go head to head with student athletes in an especially entertaining basketball game filled with fun antics, games and door prizes. Superintendent Looney and the “voice of Williamson County Schools,” Carol Birdsong, will be guest referees.
Admission is one canned food item (or item listed) per person benefitting those in need at Hillsboro and Graceworks. Critical needs at this time are as follows:
- canned ham or chicken
- crackers
- spaghetti sauce (plastic jars or cans)
- canned beef stew
- jelly
- boxed meals
- boxed mashed potatoes
- rice
- pasta
- canned fruit
- juice boxes
- cereal
- easy mac
- pudding cups
- cheese or peanut butter crackers
Personal Hygiene items are also needed:
- toilet paper
- shampoo
- laundry detergent
- conditioner
- razors
- shaving cream
- deodorant
- toothpaste
- toothbrushes
- diapers size 4-6
Full concessions will be available during the event. The whole family is welcome to this fundraising event.
