Imagine having all your favorite local cuisine in one place. On May 20th, that will be a reality for Fairview residents at the first ever Taste of Fairview.
The Fairview Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event, which will take place at Old Town Antiques. Guests will enjoy local cuisines from popular Fairview restaurants including Gary’s Place, Dos Margaritas, Snappy’s Pizza, Isshin Japanese Steakouse, Bailey Boo’s Ice Cream, Hickory Home Family Restaurant, Zaxby’s, Pizza Hut and more.
“Invite your family and friends to come out. Sample great food for a great cause,” Big Dog Realty Owner John Cherry said.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Fairview chapter of Meals on Wheels, a community-based Senior Nutrition Program.
“All of us knows someone who has received meals from this wonderful charity,” Cherry said. “For some recipients, these are the only hot meals they receive all week. Come on Fairview, let’s show them we care!”
Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased for $25 at the following locations: Big Dog Realty, Fairview Area Chamber of Commerce Office, Old Town Antiques, Your Heavenly Dog, Walker’s Books.
