A Tanger Outlets is coming to the Century Farms development in Antioch, reports Nashville Business Journal.
The Century Farms development is a 300+ acre, mixed-use, master-planned development located along I-24 in Southeast Davidson County.
Century Farms, which will feature a wide variety of major retail, office, multifamily and entertainment uses, has achieved zoning for more than 30,000,000 square feet of space and will be centered around a renovated Hickory Hollow Parkway (Exit 60) Interchange, which will soon provide easy access to both sides of I-24.
In May 2017, IKEA was slated to open in Century Farms but a year later the company withdrew their plans.
Tanger’s portfolio of outlet centers has continued to expand and today includes 44 outlet centers in 22 states coast-to-coast and in Canada. Tanger centers have become tourist attractions that welcome more than 188 million brand name bargain hunters annually. Tanger’s brands include recognizable names like Carter’s, Calvin Klein, Gap, Ann Taylor, H&M, West Elm and so many more. No word yet on which brands will be at the Antioch Tanger Outlets.
