From coffee truck to brick and mortar, Legacy Coffee has new digs. Just over a month ago, owner Joshua Merrill set down roots inside Viking Pizza in Spring Hill.
As you walk into Viking Pizza, you will see the red wall with the Espresso Flag hanging on the wall. Merrill told us the space now allows him to roast his own beans. In addition to roasting his own coffee beans, Legacy is now offering a completely gluten-free menu of muffins and soon bagels with in-house made cream cheese.
For those missing the drive-up experience, Merrill will offer in the future curbside service.
