Take a Look Inside the New Nolensville Recreation Complex

Williamson County’s fifth recreation complex has opened in Nolensville. Here’s an inside look at the community recreation facility that the town of Nolensville and Williamson County Parks and Recreation have worked collaboratively to build.

A grand opening ceremony was held at the Nolensville Recreation Complex on Saturday, Valentine’s Day, with about 65 people attending, including the mayor of Williamson County, Rogers Anderson.

“The leadership out here in the Nolensville community and the county leadership, we try to spend a lot of time working together, and a lot of the projects are a result of working together,” Anderson said. “It’s through projects like this that we make our community better.”

The complex includes a 3,985 square foot wellness center with cardio machines, multiple types of bikes, free weights, 14 hoist weight training machines and other equipment, and next to the wellness center an indoor cycling studio, dance studio with a parent observation room (complete with two way glass), group fitness room and a gymnasium.

On the other side of the complex there is a multipurpose room with a stage and warming kitchen as well as multiple class rooms and carpeted program rooms, including a room for video games and senior programing. A child-sitting service is also available at the complex.

The complex also includes a separate outdoor pool area with a pool house and vending machines, which will open on May 26.
