On Monday afternoon, we stopped by to talk with Franklin resident, Stacey Perry, founder of Down to the Wire.

Now in her sixteenth year of holiday decorating, her business, which started out with making a wreath, has grown into a full-scale business from holidays to weddings and event planning.
