Rhythm & Spirit began in 2011 at the Franklin Recreation Complex, as a way to offer children the opportunity to receive instruction from highly skilled professional instructors at an affordable price. Parks and Recreation employee Jen Barnes, a choreographer, dancer and former NFL, NBA and NHL cheerleader leads the program along with professional dancer Kristi McDonald.

The Rhythm and Spirit program also offers a number of dance and cheer camps each summer at several locations and annual performances for family and friends.

To register, print the forms from the website or pick them up at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville. For more information, visit www.wcparksandrec.com or contact Jen Barnes at [email protected]  or Kristi McDonald at [email protected].
