The new sushi and hibachi restaurant that will open in downtown Franklin on 5th Avenue North, across from Starbucks, will be called Top CF Asian Cuisine.
According to the city of Franklin, the restaurant has applied for a permit at 111 5th Ave. North. However, construction cannot begin until they pay a permit fee.
We reported on Monday that it will move into the space previously occupied by For Every Child, a children’s boutique, which closed in April.
