Former Tennessee standout and Pittsburgh Steelers punter Craig Colquitt lost his Super Bowl XIII ring in Nashville on Saturday.  According to News Channel 2, He was at Rippy’s on Lower Broadway when he thinks he lost the ring.

Colquitt, who lives in Lebanon, said he has carried the ring for around 36 years.

“I like people to see them,” said Colquitt. “People put them on their fingers and take pictures. I’ve done it probably 5,000 times. Evidently this time it backfired.”

Colquitt is offering a $1,000 reward to get it returned, no questions asked.

He won Super Bowls XIII and XIV with the Steelers, and frequently carries the rings with him.

Colquitt was a punter at Tennessee before being drafted in the third round by the Steelers.

He is also the father of two current NFL punters, Dustin and Britton Colquitt.

If you have information on the missing ring, Colquitt can be reached at 865-705-9845.
