Summit Conquers Vikings To End 20-Game Losing Streak
This young Williamson County School broke a lot of records Friday night including :
- First Home Win
- First win in 20 games
- Most points scored in a game with 36
The Spartans beat the Clarksville NW Vikings the old fashioned way , on the ground :
- The Spartans out-rushed the Vikings 293-102 yds.
- Tai Carter had 95 yds on 17 carries
- Tyler Palmer rushed 8 times for 92 yards
- Chris Snyder rushed 9 times for 83 yards
Of course, there was a TD in the air a 15 yarder to Carter from Zakrzewski . Final Score Summit Spartans 36 Clarksville NW 21.
Summit hosts Shelbyville next week.
