Summer Day Trips Offer Adventures for Teens

Williamson County Parks and Recreation (WCPR) is pleased to announce the summer 2016 JEAPS (Junior Excursion Adventure Programs) for kids ages 11 to 15. JEAPS trips are not for the faint-hearted, and offer high energy, challenging, chaperoned day trips in the Middle Tennessee area.

Register now for upcoming trips: Foggy Bottom Canoe Trip, July 19; White Water Rafting the Ocoee, June 13 or July 11; Treetop Adventures on June 24; Cumberland Caverns, June 28; Holiday World amusement park, July 26; and a Summer Beach Party at Camp Widjiwagan on August 2. All JEAPS programs depart from the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Road. Prices vary from $30 to $55 depending on the activity chosen.
