The Williamson County Honors Orchestra will perform two shows at Centennial High School November 8-9.

Fifty-six WCS high school students and 72 middle school students were selected for the audition-only orchestra.

“The Williamson County Honors Orchestra is part of the Williamson County Honors Series, which exists to enhance and enrich the curriculum of the regular instruction, promote program retention through unique and challenging opportunities for students to collaborate across the district, and to build community support and awareness of the importance of arts education in our public schools,” said WCS Fine Arts Director Melissa Dufrechou.

The performances will begin at 7 p.m. each night. High school students will perform Thursday, November 8, and middle school students will perform Friday, November 9. These performances are free and open to the public.
