Two rising juniors at Centennial High School are representing the district at a national level by attending the Envision National Youth Leadership Forum (NYLF): Medicine.
Lauren Judy and Brook Dorminey spent nine days in Atlanta learning about the medical field at Emory University. They were the only students from WCS to attend the forum in the field of medicine.
At the NYLF, Lauren and Brook learned from professionals in the healthcare field, participated in hands-on simulations and tested their knowledge against their peers by presenting on a public platform.
After finishing the program, both students earned leadership experience and an alumna title from Envision.
