Franklin resident Jill Johnson recently opened the doors to a new home furnishings store called Storehouse No.9, located at 320 4th Ave. North in downtown Franklin. A grand opening for the store will be held on Thursday, May 30, from 4:30 p-7:30 p with live music, food, and wine.

The newly renovated small house was at one time the groundskeeper home for the Rest Haven Cemetery next door but now it has a fresh new facade and big windows to make way for a bright and airy space.

Johnson said they started working on the building back in August but opened for business Wednesday, April 24, 2019.

In addition to offering home furnishings, you can purchase lighting, original artwork, pottery, candles pillows and more. The new store even offers a selection of fresh flowers to brighten your dinner table for spring and summer entertaining.

If you are in need of design services, Johnson can help you plan your space or help you select furniture.

Hours of operations are Monday – Friday 10 a – 5 p and Saturday 10 a – 2 p. See our photos and video from our visit. Be sure to follow them on Facebook for the latest offerings.
