On Wednesday, July 15, new and existing members can shop hundreds of Lightening Deals, including six popular Deals of the Day and receive unlimited fast, free shipping. Members in Canada, U.S., U.K., Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France and Austria will find deals starting at midnight PST, with new deals throughout the day. #PrimeLiving Photo Contest
Since its launch, Prime has been defined by fast, free shipping. But Prime also includes other things that make members’ lives better, including unlimited photo storage with Prime Photos. Today, Amazon invites members to experience one of the latest benefits and enter for a chance to win $10,000 in Amazon Gift Cards in each Prime-eligible country, by participating in the #PrimeLiving Photo Contest. One grand prize winner from Canada will receive the CAD equivalent of $10,000 USD in Amazon.ca Gift Cards. What is #PrimeLiving? Members frequently reveal how much they love Prime. Amazon is providing members a forum to share how Prime helps enable happy moments. Did you save enough time today to take the dog for a long walk? Did you finish your shopping while lounging at the beach? After a long week of work, did you still arrive in the perfect outfit with just the right gift? Take a snap, capture the moment. Members simply sign into Prime Photos between July 6 and July 15 to submit a photo on the contest page amazon.com/primeliving. Photos will be selected and featured daily on Amazon’s social channels leading up to Prime Day. One winner will be selected in each country based on the image that most creatively captures a happy moment of #Prime Living.

Celebrating Prime Day
To launch the photo contest and celebrate Prime Day, local artists were commissioned in every Prime-eligible country, with locations ranging from Toronto to Milan and Seattle to Berlin to create their interpretations of #PrimeLiving, which can be viewed here. These artists fully immersed themselves in Prime, reading customer tweets and comments and then created public art that could be enjoyed locally as well as used by customers as inspiration for the #PrimeLiving Photo Contest.

“To me, Prime Living means having the time to do what you love,” said Canadian street artist Emmanuel Jarus. “My passion for painting is actually what inspired this piece. In a way it’s a reflection of the life I live; my work takes me around the world where I paint my friends and the people I meet. I don’t always have what I need when inspiration hits, but Prime allows me to get it conveniently and quickly. I hope my painting motivates other Prime members to post what they love to do.”
